Terms of Service

1. The service
ProxBot provides Discord community-management and DayZ server-administration tools. Features may include moderation records, roles, tickets, factions, balances, logging, whitelisting and Nitrado operations. Available features depend on the configuration chosen by each Discord server owner.
2. Authority to use ProxBot
You must comply with Discord's terms and minimum-age requirements. Server owners and administrators may only connect services, credentials and communities they are authorised to manage. You must not use ProxBot to gain unauthorised access, evade platform safeguards, harass users, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service.
3. Human responsibility
ProxBot organises information and executes deliberate commands from authorised users. Community staff remain responsible for moderation decisions, permissions, server rules, backups and the consequences of actions they approve. ProxBot does not autonomously punish players.
4. Third-party services
Some functions depend on Discord, Nitrado and other services outside ProxBot's control. Their own terms, availability, permissions and technical limits continue to apply. You are responsible for protecting tokens and credentials supplied to ProxBot.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be repaired, changed, suspended or withdrawn for security, legal or operational reasons. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or removed where a community breaches these terms, threatens the service, creates legal or security risk, or loses authorisation. A server owner may remove ProxBot from their Discord server at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProxBot is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost revenue, community disputes, third-party outages or staff actions taken through configured permissions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
